About Elder Healthcare

There are two Elder Healthcare nursing homes on the Isle of Man. Both are purpose-built and situated in Douglas, in the heart of the community, with easy access and beautiful views of the Manx countryside.

After it was identified that the Island needed new and improved residential care facilities in the early 1990’s, Elder Healthcare was launched. Elder Grange, the first of the two locations, opened in 1994, followed by Springfield Grange in 1997.

A dedicated team of healthcare professionals were soon appointed, with everyone striving to establish welcoming surroundings, which are ideally suited to their residents’ needs while helping them to maintain as much independence as possible.
